“Come, Lord Jesus!”

After our New Year’s service, I had an interesting visit with one of the men from our outreach church in Moriones. He is an uneducated man, and unable to even read the Bible. However, his life has been radically touched with the gospel. He has been growing in faith and devotion to the Lord and loves to pray and worship the Lord. A little over a week ago he said he had a vision (or dream?) of Jesus. Here is his report as best as I could understand it…
In the middle of the night, he saw a kind of like a rainbow in the sky (amber and orange colors – which actually sounds more like fire or sunset colors) which turned into what appeared to be a doorway… There was a bright star in the sky and then Jesus returned to the earth through that doorway. He said he knew that it was Jesus because of the brightness of the light, and he praised and worshiped him (but was so amazed at many who weren’t)… As he became aware… he found himself on his knees in his house worshiping the Lord (around 2 a.m. in the morning)…

We know that this year brings us closer to Jesus return… let’s lift up our heads and get prepared – our redemption draws near! Hallelujah!
