Earlier this week I met one of our neighbors in the street as he was walking along, doing therapy. When I inquired how he was doing, he stopped, pulled up his shirt and showed me scars on his chest where he recently had a quadruple-bypass surgery on his heart. Although the casualty rate is high, he survived! PTL!
As we talked, he reminded me of a time around 9 years ago when I went to visit him in the hospital with another pastor, and prayed for him. At that time he was in very critical condition with another problem, and bleeding internally. He said the Lord healed him, and extended his life. Now he wants to live a life of submission to the Lord’s will. I hope to spend more time with him when I return from our trip, explaining the wonderful ways of the Lord and help him to understand the gospel message better. Hallelujah!
