A few days ago when in Manila, I unexpectedly needed to ride in a taxi. On the way to my destination I had the opportunity to share the gospel with the taxi driver. He was so open, and interested to hear more about the Lord. While driving along, he prayed to receive Jesus as His Savior! Hallelujah!
When we arrived at our destination, I tried to pay him for the ride but he refused. He insisted on giving me a FREE RIDE because he was so appreciative! (That’s the first time I can remember in all these years that a taxi driver ever gave me a free ride!) PTL!
We are continuing to keep in contact, and planning to send him and his family Bibles so they can read together, and grow in faith. It’s also nice to have a resource on youtube (lightbringsfreedom.com) that they can access to help them to understand the gospel message better. All glory to Jesus!
