In these last days when deceivers are rampant & deception is everywhere – it is comforting and encouraging to know that Jesus is true! He is always true to His Word! He cannot and will not lie! (Titus 1:2; Hebrews 6:18)

Rev. 3:14 ‘These things says the Amen, the FAITHFUL AND THE TRUE WITNESS the Beginning of the creation of God:
Revelation. 19:11 – Now I saw heaven opened, and behold, a white horse. And He who sat on him was called FAITHFUL & TRUE, and in righteousness He judges and makes war.
Revelation 21:5-6 – Then He who sat on the throne said, “Behold, I make all things new.” And He said to me, “Write, for these words are TRUE & FAITHFUL. 6 And He said to me, “It is done! I am the Alpha and the Omega, the Beginning and the End. I will give of the fountain of the water of life freely to him who thirsts.
Revelation 3:7 – ‘These things says He who is holy, HE WHO IS TRUE, “He who has the key of David, He who opens and no one shuts, and shuts and no one opens”:
THE LORD IS THE TRUE GOD
Jeremiah 10:10 – But the Lord is the TRUE GOD, He is the living God, and an everlasting King…
John 3:32-34 – And what He has seen and heard, that He testifies; and no one receives His testimony. He who has received His testimony has certified that GOD IS TRUE.For He whom God has sent speaks the words of God, for God does not give the Spirit by measure.
John 17:3 And this is eternal life, that they may know You, THE ONLY TRUE GOD, and Jesus Christ whom You have sent.
John 1:14,17 •And the Word became flesh and dwelt among us, and we beheld His glory, the glory as of the only begotten of the Father, full of grace and TRUTH.
Ephesians 4:21 – if indeed you have heard Him and have been taught by Him, as THE TRUTH IS IN JESUS:
John 14:6 – Jesus said to him, “I am the way, and THE TRUTH, and the life. No one comes to the Father except through me.
John 8:31,32 – So Jesus was saying to those Jews who had believed Him, “If you continue in My word, then you are truly disciples of Mine; Then you will know THE TRUTH, and THE TRUTH will set you free.”
AN ENCOUNTER WITH GOD IS AN ENCOUNTER WITH THE TRUTH!
John 8:36 – “So if the Son makes you free, you will be free indeed.”
FREE FROM WHAT?
SIN AND CONSEQUENCE OF SIN
Romans 6:18 – And having been set FREE FROM SIN, you became slaves of righteousness.
2 Corinthians 5:21 – For He made Him who knew no sin to be sin for us, that we might become the righteousness of God in Him.
1 John 1:7 – But if we walk in the light as He is in the light, we have fellowship with one another, and the blood of Jesus Christ His Son cleanses us from all sin.
FEAR AND SUPERSTITIOUS IMAGINATION
Acts 17:22 – Then Paul stood in the midst of Mars’ hill (the Areopagus), and said, you men of Athens, I perceive that in all things you are too superstitious (very religious).
2 Timothy 1:7 – For God has not given us a spirit of fear, but of power and of love and of a sound mind.
2 Corinthians 3:17 – Now the Lord is the Spirit; and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty.
I John 4:18 – There is no fear in love; but perfect love casts out fear, because fear involves torment. But he who fears has not been made perfect in love.

Isaiah 58:6 – “Is this not the fast that I have chosen: to loose the bonds of wickedness, to undo the heavy burdens, to let the oppressed go free, and that you break every yoke?

I Peter 2:16 – as free, yet not using liberty as a cloak for vice, but as bondservants of God.

Deuteronomy 32:4 – He is the Rock, His work is perfect; For all His ways are justice, A GOD OF TRUTH and without injustice; Righteous and upright is He.
THE CHURCH IS TO BE A PILLAR & GROUND OF TRUTH!
I Timothy 3:15 – I write so that you may know how you ought to conduct yourself in the house of God, which is the CHURCH OF THE LIVING GOD, the pillar and ground of the TRUTH.
TRUTH FROM GOD’S WORD IS THE ONLY FULLY RELIABLE GUIDE ON OUR SPIRITUAL JOURNEY.
GOD’S WORD IS INFALLIBLE, AND TO BE REGARDED AS THE FINAL AUTHORITY FOR FAITH AND PRACTICE.
Matthew 5:17-20 – “Do not think that I came to destroy the Law or the Prophets. I did not come to destroy but to fulfill. 18 For assuredly, I say to you, till heaven and earth pass away, one jot or one tittle will by no means pass from the law till all is fulfilled. 19 Whoever therefore breaks one of the least of these commandments, and teaches men so, shall be called least in the kingdom of heaven; but whoever does and teaches them, he shall be called great in the kingdom of heaven. 20 For I say to you, that unless your righteousness exceeds the righteousness of the scribes and Pharisees, you will by no means enter the kingdom of heaven.
2 Timothy 3:16,17 – ALL SCRIPTURE is given by inspiration of God, and is profitable for doctrine, for reproof, for correction, for instruction in righteousness, that the man of God may be complete, thoroughly equipped for every good work.
Matthew 15:1-9 – Then the scribes and Pharisees who were from Jerusalem came to Jesus, saying, 2 “Why do Your disciples transgress the tradition of the elders? For they do not wash their hands when they eat bread.”3 He answered and said to them, “Why do you also transgress the commandment of God because of your tradition? 4 For God commanded, saying, ‘Honor your father and your mother’; and, ‘He who curses father or mother, let him be put to death.’ 5 But you say, ‘Whoever says to his father or mother, “Whatever profit you might have received from me is a gift to God”— 6 then he need not honor his father or mother.’ Thus you have made the commandment of God of no effect by your tradition. 7 Hypocrites! Well did Isaiah prophesy about you, saying:8 ‘These people draw near to Me with their mouth, and honor Me with their lips, but their heart is far from Me. 9 And in vain they worship Me, teaching as doctrines the commandments of men.’ ”
2 Peter 1:21 – for prophecy never came by the will of man, but holy men of God spoke as they were moved by the Holy Spirit.
WHAT SHOULD WE DO?
LOVE THE TRUTH
2 Thessalonians 2:10 – and with all unrighteous deception among those who perish, because they did not receive the LOVE OF THE TRUTH, that they might be saved.
WORSHIP IN TRUTH
John 4:23,24 – But the hour is coming, and now is, when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and truth; for the Father is seeking such to worship Him. 24 God is Spirit, and those who worship Him must worship in spirit and truth.”
BUY THE TRUTH
Proverbs 23:23 – Buy the truth, and do not sell it, also wisdom and instruction and understanding.
SPEAK THE TRUTH
Ephesians 4:15,25 – but, SPEAKING THE TRUTH in love, may grow up in all things into Him who is the head—Christ—…Therefore, putting away lying, “Let each one of you SPEAK TRUTH with his neighbor,” for we are members of one another.
LISTEN TO THE TRUTH
2 Timothy 4:4 – and they will turn their ears away from THE TRUTH, and be turned aside to fables.
LIVE LIVES OF GODLINESS AFTER THE TRUTH
Titus 1:1 – Paul, a bondservant of God and an apostle of Jesus Christ, according to the faith of God’s elect and the acknowledgment of THE TRUTH which accords with godliness,
I Timothy 6:12 – useless wranglings of men of corrupt minds and destitute of the truth, who suppose that godliness is a means of gain. From such withdraw yourself
FOLLOW THE WAY OF TRUTH
2 Peter 2:2-3 – And many will follow their destructive ways, because of whom the WAY OF TRUTH will be blasphemed. 3 By covetousness they will exploit you with deceptive words; for a long time their judgment has not been idle, and their destruction does not slumber.
WALK IN THE TRUTH
2 John 1:4 – I rejoiced greatly that I have found some of your children WALKING IN TRUTH, as we received commandment from the Father.
BUILD LIVES WITH THE TRUTH
Matthew 16: 18-19 – (JESUS said) …I will build My church, and the gates of Hades shall not prevail against it. 19 And I will give you the keys of the kingdom of heaven, and whatever you bind on earth will be bound in heaven, and whatever you loose on earth will be loosed in heaven.”

ACKNOWLEDGE THE TRUTH
2 Timothy 2:25,26 – …in humility correcting those who are in opposition, if God perhaps will grant them repentance, so that they may KNOW THE TRUTH, 26 and that they may come to their senses and escape the snare of the devil, having been taken captive by him to do his will.
2 John 1:4 – I rejoiced greatly that I have found some of your children WALKING IN TRUTH, as we received commandment from the Father.
DON’T CHANGE THE TRUTH OF GOD INTO A LIE!
Romans 1:18, 25 – For the wrath of God is revealed from heaven against all ungodliness and unrighteousness of men, who suppress THE TRUTH in unrighteousness,…who exchanged THE TRUTH OF GOD for the lie, and worshiped and served the creature rather than the Creator, who is blessed forever. Amen.
THE DEVIIL IS A LIAR
John 8:44 – You are of your father the devil, and the desires of your father you want to do. He was a murderer from the beginning, and does not stand in the truth, because there is no truth in him. When he speaks a lie, he speaks from his own resources, for he is a liar and the father of it.
SPEAK THE TRUTH, NOT LIES!
LIES BRING ERR – NO PROFIT
Revelation 21:27 – But there shall by no means enter it anything that defiles, or causes an abomination or a lie, but only those who are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life.
NO LIARS IN HEAVEN
Revelation 22:15 – But outside are dogs and sorcerers and sexually immoral and murderers and idolaters, and whoever loves and practices a lie.
ALL LIARS ARE DESTINED TO HELL
Revelation 21:8 – But the cowardly, unbelieving, abominable, murderers, sexually immoral, sorcerers, idolaters, and ALL LIARS shall have their part in the lake which burns with fire and brimstone, which is the second death.”
Psalm 55:23 – But you, O God, will bring those murderers and liars to their graves before half their life is over. As for me, I will trust in you.
Psalm 7:11 – God is a just judge, And God is angry with the wicked every day.
GOD IS SEEKING WORSHIP IN TRUTH!
John 4:23, 24 …those who worship Him MUST worship in spirit and TRUTH.”
FILL OUR MINDS WITH THE TRUTH
Philippians 4:8 – Finally, brethren, whatever things are true, whatever things are noble (honest), whatever things are just, whatever things are pure, whatever things are lovely, whatever things are of good report, if there is any virtue and if there is anything praiseworthy—meditate on these things.
BE PEOPLE OF TRUTH!
Let’s love the truth, live by the truth, honor the truth, and promote the truth! The world needs TRUTH!
