There was another Light Brings Freedom class graduation celebration last week! PTL! It was with our Bridge to the Islands – Moriones fellowship! There were 23 young people who graduated after spending many hours & days studying the 31 lessons, watching the videos, memorizing and quoting salvation verses, doing worksheets, taking the exam, writing out their testimony as well as sharing it with the class orally. It was a joyful, blessed time of rejoicing & praising the Lord together! Hallelujah!
LIFE-TRANSFORMATION
We are hearing of many testimonies of life-transformation! The Word of God is powerful! These Bible lessons center in the light of God’s Word — “The entrance of His WORD brings light, & light brings freedom! (Psalm 119:130; John 8:31-32,36). Paul said, ‘I am not ashamed of the gospel of Christ! It is the power of God unto salvation to everyone who believes…” (Romans 1:16).
Many of the Light Brings Freedom students have recently been water baptized. We are rejoicing in exciting reports of deliverance, revival, and the outpouring of the Holy Spirit there in Moriones. Some of them have been gathering regularly at the church for devotional times early in the morning… PTL!
A NEW SONG
Something outstanding happened at the end of our graduation time that was unusual, & exciting! One of the youth who recently received Jesus as her Savior and began attending weekly services earlier this year went to the front to share a new song. She boldly shared a new song she had received several days before while meditating on a Scripture passage she had been studying. She shared it a Capella, (without instrumentation accompaniment). It was her 1st new song! It was a beautiful, catchy little Scripture song that everyone enjoyed. The words had to do with (in Tagalog) God ignoring the past because of His great love & kindness – and now He is calling people everywhere to repent. (See picture below).

DESIRE TO BECOME A PASTOR
One of the young men shared a testimony about how his life had been transformed, and now he says that he wants to become a pastor! PTL! (See picture above).
