Healing Testimonies
One of our pastors was giving praise for answers to prayer today (May 17, 2025), and I am passing on His reports to you.
Stroke Victim – Crippled & Handicapped Person Now Walking
One of his relatives had a severe stroke around 8 years ago or so, and became crippled. They were only able to walk with assistance, sometimes needing 2 people to help them, on either side. During a time of fasting and prayer, the pastor interceded for his crippled cousin, and prayed over the phone with them. He was rejoicing today with tears of joy, reporting that they are now able to walk –without assistance! In fact, I saw them walking during an online phone conversation he had with them today! We give God praise for His miraculous answer to their cry for help!
Issue of Blood Healed
Like the women mentioned in the Bible, one of his relatives had been having some major continuous bleeding issues for around a year, or so. She finally went to seek help at several hospitals. At the second hospital they wanted to transfer her immediately to a 3rd one for surgery. It seemed that she was only getting worse. The pastor prayed for her over the phone at the 2nd hospital before she went on to the 3rd one. There, when it was verified that she needed surgery, she went home to prepare for that. However, she began to improve without surgery, and was healed of the problem! PTL! When she went back to the hospital for a check-up several months later, she no longer needed surgery. She excitedly phoned up the pastor to give him the good report that she was healed! She didn’t need the pain and agony of surgery, nor have to pay the major expense for it to be done, because the Lord faithfully healed her! We give the Lord praise for His faithful answers to prayer!
Another Stroke Victim Healed
Today (May 18, 2025), when attending the Sunday service at a church in Lucena City, I was talking with one of the pastoral team who served as a missionary in Thailand for many years. She shared an exciting testimony of healing with me, as well. While in Thailand, her elderly father (around 81 years old at that time) had a crippling stroke that left him paralyzed and unable to walk or speak. As she compassionately prayed for him, via computer she sang the song “I am the God that healeth thee” over and over. She sang and prayed the following verses that promise healing, using the computer screen as a point of contact. By the next morning he was healed by the power of God. She says he is totally healed now! I saw him there at the service today! He just celebrated his 85th birthday! He’s a walking miracle, and testimony to the power of prayers for healing! Hallelujah!
HEALING SCRIPTURES
Exodus 15:26 – …“If you diligently heed the voice of the Lord your God and do what is right in His sight, give ear to His commandments and keep all His statutes, I will put none of the diseases on you which I have brought on the Egyptians. For I am the Lord who heals you.”
Isaiah 53:5 – He was wounded for our transgressions, He was bruised for our iniquities; The chastisement for our peace was upon Him, and by His stripes we are healed.
2 Peter 2:24-25 – who Himself bore our sins in His own body on the tree, that we, having died to sins, might live for righteousness—by whose stripes you were healed.…
HOUSE PROVIDED
She also shared another amazing testimony. The Lord provided a house for her! After doing missionary work overseas for many years, at this season she is back here in her country, and able to relate closer to her aging family. She is involved with on-going ministries here in the Philippines now. While here, she has seen some of her relatives get saved, and also the Lord answered her prayers for a house to live in. The Lord faithfully provided! She was given a house and lot in response to her prayers! Glory, glory hallelujah! God is well able to hear, and faithfully provide for our needs as we pray…
