GOITER disappears
Talking with a minister recently, they shared with me an amazing healing story. This happened some time ago. They were praying for a lady who had a huge, extremely large goiter on her neck (around the size of a grapefruit). As they prayed for her, it immediately disappeared – nowhere to be seen or observed anymore! The woman was so moved that she prayed to receive the Lord, and eventually became a pastor.
deaf and dumb hears and talks
I also heard report of a formerly deaf and dumb person hearing and talking! Apparently it was observed, as well as medically confirmed that the Lord miraculously blessed the formerly deaf person with a functioning eardrum! Now they were able to start forming words that they were now able to hear (kind of like when a child learns to talk). Praise God for His mighty works!
DEAD REVIVED – THE NAME OF JESUS IS POWERFUL
A pastor was asked to pray for a very sick child. Much to his dismay and disappointment, instead of getting healed – the child died in His arms. He became very disillusioned, embittered, and discouraged. He determined that he never wanted to pray for the sick again.
Some time later, at a different time and place he was once again called upon to pray for someone’s healing. This time, it was for a fisherman who reportedly had just died. Apparently they had lost his pulse for around 10-15 minutes or so already. Reluctantly, the pastor went to pray for the man. Not knowing quite what to pray, he just began saying the name of Jesus. “Jesus, Jesus, JESUS” As he said the powerful name of Jesus, the dead man revived, and soon went back to his fishing…
THE POISON OF A WITCH DOCTOR NOT EFFECTIVE
Another story that was told me has to do with poison. (This happened a number of years ago to a missionary minister here in the Philippines, as told to me by their daughter who is actively involved in ministry, as well.)
When her mother reached for a glass, suddenly the glass shattered into pieces, and the liquid contents spilled out. She said it wasn’t just an ordinary glass. The glass was thick, antique glass. As they investigated, they found that a witch doctor (faith-healer / quack-doctor) had put poison in her cup, intending for her to drink it, and be harmed. (Reportedly, this is what these ‘quack-doctors’ do sometimes to generate business, and do devilish schemes.) Her mother was spared from injury! When this happened, the witch doctor who had put poison in her cup reportedly fainted, and afterward, prayed to receive the Lord. Hallelujah!
SUPERNATURAL FIRE
A pastor’s testimony came to my attention a few days ago, as observed on the internet (TikTok – see link below).(1) I will give a quick summary of what I understood.
The pastor was impressed with the amazing revelation by the Lord to the Israelites with His pillar of fire as they were guided through the wilderness. He prayerfully longed to see a pillar of fire like that.
One day, a number of months later at his study office at the church, the pastor was having a special time of prayer, and powerfully sensed the presence of the Lord being there with him. He got a knock on the door, as firemen showed up in full gear with several fire trucks in their parking lot. They were responding to the report of the sighting of a fire being seen at their church. However, as they searched the premises everywhere, they found no fire. Then the fire-chief pulled up, confirming that truly a fire had been seen. In fact, the chief said that he was the one who had actually seen it, and reported it. He said he saw a pillar of fire going up into the heavens from their church, and that he knew the exact location where it was. He pointed to where he had seen it. It was there at the door of the pastor’s office, where the pastor had been praying, and sensing the presence of God in His time of worship. The pastor said that he himself had not seen the fire. Nonetheless, it was observed and noted by another person in the area – the fire chief no less, who confirmed it. What a totally amazing story!
MIRACLES AT THE RED SEA
Jeremiah 32:20-21 – You have set signs and wonders in the land of Egypt, to this day… You have brought Your people Israel out of the land of Egypt with signs and wonders, with a strong hand and an outstretched arm,
Acts 7:36 – He brought them out, after that he had shewed wonders and signs in the land of Egypt, and in the Red sea…
Psalm 72:18; 86:10; 106:22 – Blessed be the Lord God, the God of Israel, Who only does WONDROUS things! … You are GREAT, and do WONDROUS works… AWESOME things by the Red Sea.
